Cargill Increases Supply Of Premium Inulin

Cargill Health & Food Technologies, Minneapolis, MN, has revealed that the Belgian group Cosucra Warcoing, Cargill’s inulin supplier, will significantly expand its plant production capacity to more than 45,000 metric tons per year. The first production is expected to be available in December 2004. Cargill holds exclusive marketing rights in North America for Cosucra’s inulin, which sells under the brand name of Oliggo-Fiber®.
